This year’s R4 even was held in Las Vegas, USA between Feb 28th and March 2nd, 2023.

Real Estate - It isn't an easy Business 

We Know Real Estate. 


So do Most Real Estate Professionals.

According to the National Association of Realtors 87% of Agents fail in the first 5 years. 

If the average consumer buys or sells once every 5-7 years, this means that MOST consumers are dealing with a failed Agent.

Heard about the infamous 80/20 rule?

The saying is that 80% of the Transactions in Real Estate are closed by 20% of Salespersons/Brokers. Why? Because based on the NAR statistic, only 20% of Agents are really good at what they do.

This means that of the 70,000+ Realtors® registered with TRREB, approximately 14,000 Realtors® end up closing most of the transactions. And then you have many Registrants who end up completing less than 2 transactions per year. And there's any number of reasons under the sun for this sort of production. But we firmly believe that is an accountability problem coupled with lack of training and development, and support in key areas of an Agents business which includes marketing, paperwork, coaching etc.

Most Brokers will tell Agents how to succeed but will not be able to provide actual turn-key solutions. As an example, a broker may say make flyers - easy to say - a lot less easier to do.
