Training That Keeps Up With You
Ask any brokerage you’re interviewing “can you show me the last 20 brokerage training sessions?” and we’ll bet you’ll see the same training session repeated after a couple of sessions.
We don’t discount the ‘day 1 problems’ – learning how to make an offer is important if you don’t know how to do that – but this isn’t training, we cover these in intimate sessions with 5-10 agents who have the same learning requirements.
Brokerage training on the other hand is meant for everyone – whether it’s your first day or your 25th anniversary, our goal is to ensure that you’re always learning.
We offer up to 10 sessions a week — including 4–8 live training classes on topics like prospecting, scripting, listing strategies, and more. You’ll never see the same session twice. Everything is built to keep pace with the market and your evolving needs.
