We are Markham
REMAX Metropolis Realty, Brokerage is headquartered at 8321 Kennedy Road, Markham (Downtown Markham), steps from the Pan Am Centre and the GO line. We've been here since 2018. Our agents live in and sell Unionville, Cornell, Cachet, Berczy Village, Wismer, Greensborough, Milliken Mills and the condo core of Downtown Markham — not as a "territory," but as their own neighbourhoods.
That matters more than people think. A Markham buyer's offer strategy on a Cornell freehold is different from a Cachet estate lot, and both are different from a pre-construction assignment downtown. Local knowledge isn't a slogan here; it's the roster.
What "best" means to us
We're not going to tell you a ranking. Nobody hands out a "best brokerage" title, and under Ontario's real estate rules a brokerage that claims one had better be able to prove it. What we can do is tell you exactly what we measure ourselves against — and let the numbers and the people speak.
1. Files that are actually in order. Every deal that comes through our office is reviewed by a compliance team the day it's submitted. 3. Real production, from real people. In 2025 our agents closed 2,683 transaction ends for $891 million in sales volume.
